1. Returns
  • Physical Products (Books & Journals)
  • We accept returns only in the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered to you.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to [support@jacksparrowpublishers.com ] (replace with actual contact).
  • You will be asked to provide your order ID and clear photos of the product condition.
  • Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, etc.)
  • All digital product purchases are non-refundable.
  • If you experience technical issues with downloads, please contact us immediately, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
2. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card provider.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jacksparrowpublishers.com.
4. Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email, and we will guide you through the process.
5. Shipping for Returns
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
